We are the Fortunato family, and for over 20 years we’ve been sharing our passion for hospitality with a smile, great attention to detail, and a constant presence. Because we truly love what we do. We love welcoming you, getting to know you, and making you feel at home.
Our story began with a chance encounter (and a summer in Riccione)
I’m Giorgio, and my journey began in 1998 when, between exams at the University of Urbino, I spent my summers working in Riccione.
Ice cream shops, bars, nightclubs… and then, finally, hotels.
It was while working in one of the city’s best hotels that, in 2002, I met Giulia. She was on holiday with her grandmother, visiting from Bolzano. I was working in the restaurant. The spark was instant, in life as well as in work.
The hotel where I worked became much more than just a workplace for us: it was our training ground, but above all, the place where our story began.

From colleagues to life partners
The following summer, Giulia started working in the same hotel just so we could stay together.
From that moment on, we never stopped. We kept studying, working, and learning everything there is to know about hospitality.
We gained experience in different hotels, always in Riccione, always in close contact with people.

A real family, both in and out of the hotel
Over the years, our family has grown alongside Hotel Eliseo.
Today, together with me and my wife Giulia, you’ll often meet our two sons, Riccardo and Damiano, who quite literally grew up between the reception desk, the dining room, and games in the garden.
For over a decade, Hotel Eliseo has been our second home.
We may be a small hotel, but we have a big heart. Around us, we’ve built a team of people who work with passion, share our values, and truly understand how important it is for guests on holiday to feel welcomed, listened to, and recognized.
Because here at Hotel Eliseo, you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.
